Obituary of Elaine "Toots" Hubbard

Elaine “Toots” Hubbard was born and raised in Chico, California. She passed away surrounded by her family, Sunday April 8th, 2024. Born to the late William Herbert & Elizabeth Elaine Russell. She is one of ten children, all of which preceded her in death. 

She married the late Micky Hubbard in 1956. Together they owned and operated H&H Cycle Sales and were actively involved in the motorsports community. Upon retirement her hobbies included Golf, Gardening, quilting/sewing, NFL Football and her love for NASCAR. Her greatest joy was time spent with family and friends.

“Toots” is survived by her 4 children Judy Young (Dennis), Jimmy Hubbard (Debbie), Ray Hubbard and Dena Smith (Larry). 8 grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
